Attention Residents

To clear up some confusion. There is NO NEED to drain your hot water tanks due to the work being done on the water lines in the park. You should only do routine maintenance by draining a gallon or so out yearly to remove sediment.

2015 was a GREAT year!!! We endured quite a few changes from the new ownership with several updates to the community. There will be many more improvements coming this year as well. I would like to thank each and every resident for their support and cooperation and also Sun Communities for these updates and improvements.

Water rate increase

Erie County Water Authority has raised the rates again this year. Last year the rates went up, However SUN Communities did not pass them along to residents due to the problems with the infrastructure. Therefore, you may notice a slight increase in your monthly water bill.

Donations for the homeless.

The Rev Denise Metzger is collecting winter gear ...hats, scarves, gloves, mittens, coats...etc...for the homeless.  There is a bin located in the Community Center and drop offs may be made Mon-Fri from 9AM-5PM.  Pickups can be arranged by calling Rev. Denise at 716-867-1003
Donations of knitting supplies are also being collected.
She is also hosting a knitting gathering on Jan 23 1-3PM and Jan 24 4-6PM...FREE !!!!!!

IMPORTANT

SUN Communities has implemented a REVERSE CALLING SYSTEM.  This system will be used to notify residents of emergencies and also to send out important info and reminders.  The Team Members have sent out a letter advising you of this and asked that you update your phone info with them.  If you have not done so, PLEASE do it as soon as possible.  This system is being used for your benefit.
