SUN Communities has implemented a REVERSE CALLING SYSTEM.  This system will be used to notify residents of emergencies and also to send out important info and reminders.  The Team Members have sent out a letter advising you of this and asked that you update your phone info with them.  If you have not done so, PLEASE do it as soon as possible.  This system is being used for your benefit.

HOA meeting

The next monthly HOA meeting will be held January 19, 2016 at 7:00 pm in the community center. Please let your friends and neighbors know. We look forward to seeing you and are hoping to attract new members. We are well aware there have been problems in the past and hope you will give our new HOA a chance. Homeowners Association Dues are $5.00 per household.  Monies are due in January.  Anyone seeking information about the HOA may contact
