Attention Residents
To clear up some confusion. There is NO NEED to drain your hot water tanks due to the work being done on the water lines in the park. You should only do routine maintenance by draining a gallon or so out yearly to remove sediment.

2015 was a GREAT year!!! We endured quite a few changes from the new ownership with several updates to the community. There will be many more improvements coming this year as well. I would like to thank each and every resident for their support and cooperation and also Sun Communities for these updates and improvements.
Water rate increase
Erie County Water Authority has raised the rates again this year. Last year the rates went up, However SUN Communities did not pass them along to residents due to the problems with the infrastructure. Therefore, you may notice a slight increase in your monthly water bill.
